The Clarity Platform now supports self-service Custom Agents, expanding how users can tailor their AI workflows. Additional enhancements in the platform update include automatic conversation naming, faster file processing, and improved reliability across the platform.

The following enhancements are now available on the Clarity Platform:
- Custom Agents: Create, customize, and share your own agent directly from the Clarity User Portal. Tailor each agent by defining a system prompt, selecting the underlying AI model, and uploading files as knowledge sources. Submit your use case to get started.
- Relevant chat titles: New conversations are now automatically assigned a title based on the first message, helping keep your chat history organized and easy to navigate.
- File upload process improved: Files are now processed, validated, and indexed at the time of upload, giving you immediate feedback if an issue is detected.
- Enhanced safety checks: Clarity can now isolate and block unsafe content within a file, without rejecting the entire document.
- Actionable notifications: We have redesigned error messages to be clear and specific, helping you understand and resolve issues more easily.
- Agent LLMs: We are updating several Clarity agent models to their newest available versions:
- GPT-4o –> GPT-5.2
- GPT-4o-mini –> GPT-5-mini
- Claude Sonnet 4.5 –>Claude Sonnet 4.6
