How to Print a Clarity Conversation

Clarity offers an enhanced printing functionality that allows you to print only the conversation, excluding any navigational information on the Clarity page.
To print a full conversation with a Clarity agent, please follow these steps:
- Click the “print” icon at the top of the Clarity window, to the right of the “agent” dropdown menu. If you prefer, you can also right-click anywhere in the conversation and choose “Print” from the menu that appears.
- Select your desired file format. You will then get an option to print the conversation as a PDF. Depending on your operating system, you may have other choices of file formats such as OneNote.
Tips:
- Browser Compatibility: Depending on your browser, the printed conversation may not be in a readable format. For instance, in Chrome and Microsoft Edge, the printed conversation will be a PDF file containing images of the text. However, if you are using Safari, the PDF will consist of readable text, i.e., non-images. If you need readable text, try changing your browser.
- Code Samples: When code samples are included in the response, a landscape layout works better for formatting the file.
