An exciting new addition was recently made to the Clarity Platform: GPT-4o-mini. This new agent is more energy efficient than ChatGPT-4o and has been adopted in response to valuable community feedback.
For day-to-day tasks involving straightforward queries without complex analysis, GPT-4o-mini is an excellent choice.
Benefits of GPT-4o-mini
GPT-4o-mini functions similarly to the original agent but utilizes a smaller, more energy-efficient large language model (LLM). This allows for high-quality responses with significantly reduced energy consumption and minimal impact on reasoning capabilities.
Speed may occasionally be impacted to maintain the safety and security features of the Clarity Platform. However, Information Technology is working on changes to improve performance.
Because it is an agent within the Clarity Platform, GPT-4o-mini is appropriate for use with low, medium, and most high-risk data, except for Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).
