What’s New?
This release introduces several improvements and bug fixes that enhance the Clarity experience.
- Inactivity Timer Fix: Resolved an issue where the inactivity timer was not properly resetting in response to user activity.
- Issue with Prompt Length: Fixed an issue where prompts exceeding 10,000 characters were causing “400 Bad Request” errors.
- Display Name Correction: Corrected a bug where the system name was displayed instead of the configured display name when Content Safety was triggered.
The following enhancements are specific to the Clarity Custom Agents self-service experience:
- Agent List Auto-Refresh: The User Portal agent list will now automatically refresh after a user creates a new agent in Self Service, eliminating the need to manually reload the page to see newly created agents.
- Primary Contact on Agent Creation: A primary contact is now automatically set at the time of custom agent creation.
